Our services may include Cyber Security, Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing, Digital Marketing, SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Application Development, Graphics Designing, Video Editing, Corporate Training, and related professional services.

Use of Our Website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You must not use the website to conduct unlawful activities, gain unauthorized access to systems, distribute malicious code, interfere with website functionality or security, impersonate another person or organization, copy protected content without permission, or otherwise misuse the website.

We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe that the website is being misused or these Terms are being violated.

Our Services

Sniffer Group provides professional services according to the scope agreed with the client through a quotation, proposal, statement of work, service agreement, order, or other written or electronic communication.

The applicable project document may specify deliverables, timelines, revisions, responsibilities, fees, payment schedules, and other project-specific requirements. Services or work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees, resources, or revised timelines.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information, content, approvals, access, credentials, materials, and other resources reasonably required to perform the agreed services.

The client must also have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authority to provide any content, data, systems, accounts, or materials supplied to Sniffer Group.

Delays resulting from missing information, delayed approvals, unavailable access, or other client dependencies may affect project delivery timelines.

Payments and Fees

Service fees and payment schedules will be specified in the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice, or agreement. Depending on the engagement, Sniffer Group may require advance payments, milestone payments, monthly retainers, recurring payments, or another mutually agreed arrangement.

Unless otherwise stated, third-party expenses such as advertising budgets, domain and hosting charges, software subscriptions, premium plugins, licenses, APIs, transaction fees, or external platform costs are separate from professional service fees.

Overdue payments may result in suspension, delay, or termination of the relevant services, subject to the applicable agreement and law.

Refunds and Cancellations

The client generally retains ownership of materials that it provides to Sniffer Group, subject to the rights necessary for us to perform the agreed services.

Sniffer Group retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, software, frameworks, templates, methodologies, processes, reusable code, systems, know-how, and other proprietary materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Ownership or licensing of final project deliverables will be determined by the applicable proposal or agreement and may be subject to full payment of the agreed fees.

Cyber Security and VAPT Services

For Cyber Security and Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing Services, all testing will be performed only within an agreed and authorized scope.

The client confirms that it has the necessary legal authority to authorize security testing of the websites, applications, APIs, networks, infrastructure, systems, accounts, or other assets included in the engagement.

Sniffer Group will not knowingly perform unauthorized testing of third-party systems. Clients should ensure that appropriate authorization, backups, recovery procedures, and emergency contacts are in place before production security testing begins.

Digital Marketing, SEO, and Performance Marketing

For Digital Marketing, SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Performance Marketing Services, outcomes may depend on search-engine algorithms, advertising platforms, competition, market conditions, budgets, audience behavior, website performance, content quality, and other external factors.

Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, Sniffer Group does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, sales, revenue, advertising performance, or return on investment.

Any projections, estimates, examples, or previous results are not guarantees of future performance.

Third-Party Services and Platforms

Our services or website may involve third-party platforms and technologies, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft, hosting providers, payment processors, software providers, APIs, plugins, analytics platforms, and advertising services.

Sniffer Group does not control the policies, pricing, availability, algorithms, security, account decisions, outages, or future changes of third-party services. Clients may be required to comply with the applicable terms and policies of those third parties.

Confidentiality

Both Sniffer Group and the client should take reasonable steps to protect confidential information shared during a professional engagement. Confidential information may include business information, project materials, technical information, credentials, security findings, pricing, strategies, and other non-public information.

Where a separate confidentiality agreement or NDA is signed, that agreement will govern the applicable confidentiality obligations.

Additional data-processing terms may apply to specific client engagements where required by applicable law or contractual arrangements.

Information provided through blogs, articles, guides, service descriptions, or educational resources is generally provided for informational purposes and should not automatically be treated as individualized legal, financial, cybersecurity, marketing, or other professional advice.

Additional limitations are described in our Disclaimer.

No Guarantee of Specific Results

Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, Sniffer Group does not guarantee specific business, marketing, technical, or cybersecurity outcomes. Results may vary depending on circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including market conditions, competition, technology, third-party services, client implementation, budgets, and user behavior.

Suspension and Termination

Sniffer Group may suspend or terminate website access or services where permitted by the applicable agreement or law, including where there is non-payment, material breach of these Terms, misuse of services, unauthorized security activity, unlawful instructions, fraudulent conduct, or significant legal, security, or operational risk.

Termination does not automatically cancel outstanding payment obligations or provisions that are intended to continue after termination.

Website Availability

We aim to maintain a reliable website, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. The website may be affected by maintenance, hosting issues, technical failures, security incidents, network interruptions, third-party failures, software updates, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Client Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, a client may be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from unlawful materials, unauthorized systems provided for testing, unlawful instructions, misuse of services, infringement caused by client-provided materials, or violation of applicable law.

This does not apply to the extent that such liability results from conduct of Sniffer Group that cannot lawfully be transferred to the client.

International Clients

Sniffer Group serves clients in multiple countries and jurisdictions. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of our services, systems, content, data, and advertising activities complies with applicable local laws and regulations.

Where a project involves international data transfers, regulated information, cybersecurity testing, advertising, or other jurisdiction-specific requirements, additional contractual or compliance terms may apply.

Electronic Communications

Where permitted by applicable law, proposals, approvals, invoices, project communications, and agreements may be exchanged electronically through email, digital documents, electronic signatures, client portals, or other electronic methods.

Electronic communications may form part of the contractual record where legally valid.

Force Majeure

Sniffer Group will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, major internet or infrastructure failures, cybersecurity incidents, power failures, third-party outages, pandemics, or other extraordinary events.

Changes to These Terms

Sniffer Group may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes in our website, services, business practices, technology, or applicable legal requirements.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Specific client agreements may contain separate procedures for contractual changes.

Governing Law and Applicable Rights

These Terms are intended to operate subject to applicable law and mandatory legal protections relevant to the particular user, client, service, transaction, and jurisdiction.
